    简　　历：

  • 2007年3月于北京理工大学引信动态特性国防重点实验室获得工学博士学位。2008年4月至2010年7月在中国科学院电工研究所做博士后，从事功率电力电子器件封装技术研究。2010年12月任中国科学院电工研究所副研究员。

    2）功率半导体模块在线监测技术研究。
